Attorney Bio

Brady joined the firm in 2023 after serving more than a decade as an attorney in public service at DSHS, Dept. of Licensing, and the State Courts. Brady also represented the Supreme Court before the Legislature. Family law is in Brady’s DNA as he’s the third attorney in his family to practice family law. Brady has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence protection orders, and high-conflict litigation cases. Brady graduated from Willamette University College of Law.
