Attorney Bio

Daniel graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in business.  He earned his J.D. from Lewis and Clark School of Law in Portland, finishing near the top of his class.  From 2017 – 2021 he practiced in commercial law (mergers & acquisitions) with the Stoel Rives, and in commercial litigation with Slinde Nelson, both Portland firms.  Dan is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington.  In early 2022 he decided to bring his business and commercial law experience to family law litigation, with an emphasis on business valuation cases.  Dan has become a welcomed addition to the Lawgate team.
